The land where the Filippi Maria Santa farm grows its peaches and nectarines is in Viterbo, in the heart of Tuscia, specifically in the beautiful Castel D'asso, between the stunning Etruscan necropolis and the thermal baths, where hectares and hectares of cultivated fields span the horizon. The company sits at an altitude of 250m, in a slightly hilly area with perfect sun exposure from sunrise to sunset. It spans over 45 hectares, 40 of which are used to grow peaches and nectarines. These cultivars are specifically destined for fresh consumption, each marked in the field by a numeric lot.
In order to improve the quality of the product and to protect production as much as possible, the plants are protected from weathering using special anti-hail nets and antifreeze fans.
