Peach and nectarine nutritional values and characteristics
When eaten fresh or used for other preparations, peaches offer a high nutritional value and their transformation into purees, juices or jams means they are available on our tables all year round.
Nutritional characteristics
Thanks to their relatively low calorie content (30kcal per 100g), peaches offer a moderate sugar content as well as soluble fibre, organic acids, minerals and vitamins (including carotenes and vitamin C).
Due to their characteristics, they are recommended for consumption at all ages.
